Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association Boundary
The boundaries for the Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association encompasses a region generally defined as: south of Powers Rd., east of the Deschutes River, west of 3rd St. and inside the Bend city limits (the Neighborhood). The portion of Elkhorn Estates between Powers Rd and the COID canal is also included.
