This application is the first step for possible sale of parcel #1. From our information the view easement which is in effect until 2034 mostly pertains to parcel #2 but also part of parcel #1. All parcels if they are to be developed must have access to a street, parcel # 1 has access, parcel #2 does not and parcel # 3 is questionable. This question has been put to the City planner of record for clarification.
