Join the City of Bend on Saturday, May 21, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. for Let’s Pull Together!

12-3pm festivities! Schedule for the Day

Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association is participating in the City’s Let’s Pull Together on Sat. May 21 at 9 am – 3 pm. We will be meeting at Blakely Park where instructions will be available. We are helping clean up COID (Central Oregon Irrigation District) land since many of us use this area for recreation. We want to help our neighbor.

Please sign up because we want a nose count to be sure there are enough bags for volunteer thank yous, food and beverages at the Old Mill District where a Greek food cart will be.

Hope to see you Sat. Sign Up Here!

Let‘s Pull Together is an annual event that has evolved into a citywide effort consisting of partnerships and incredible volunteers joining together to clean up debris, plant native pollinators, and remove non-native invasive plants from locations all over Bend.

Neighborhood Associations have a great opportunity to volunteer as site coordinators for a location within their neighborhood. Help us to identify a location, lead a group of volunteers and then enjoy the volunteer celebration and festivities immediately after.

If your Neighborhood Association is unable to participate as a site coordinator, help us spread the word about the event! The City is looking for volunteers – neighbors, businesses, school groups, church groups, scout troops, sports teams, outdoor enthusiasts, farmers and ranchers – to help clean up our city to protect our surrounding ecosystem of beautiful forests and deserts.
