Dear Neighborhood Representatives,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not have a quorum for the August 8th Planning Commission date. The August 8th meeting and hearing have been cancelled. The attached notice is for the rescheduled Planning Commission meeting on August 22nd (a paper copy is being mailed today). Please note that this application has been removed from the City Council’s August 17th agenda, for which we had sent out a notice last week. A new notice will follow later for a September hearing date before the City Council. Please accept our apologies for the changes and any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
